ABOUT THE SPACE
Somni Health offers comprehensive massage therapy treatments with a focus on patient-centered care. RMT treatments can help to decrease pain & tension, improve sleep and quality of life. We also offer sauna sessions in our beautiful Canadian Hemlock infrared sauna. Somni is a welcoming and inclusive space for all individuals.

Jolene is a knowledgeable, experienced and compassionate practitioner with a passion for helping others. In her practice she strives to create a holistic approach to her treatments and provide a comfortable and calming, yet therapeutic environment. She strongly believes that along with addressing pain and dysfunction, we need to calm the nervous system to allow for tissue healing. Treatments are individualized and adapted to each patient and their respective health concerns. She has a particular interest in treating chronic pain, headaches, migraines, depression, anxiety, insomnia, and repetitive strain injuries.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or failure to appear for your appointment leaves a spot that could have been filled by another patient.
24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. Patients who do not show up for their appointment or subsequent late cancellations will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. Thank you for understanding.
